Shipping and payment

Trees are not a box of screws, so ordering works a little differently than at a regular online store. Here is how it works.

Digging and preparation

We dig up bare-root trees only on the day of pickup or right before shipping, never ahead of time for stock. That way the roots do not dry out and the tree takes root better after planting. When you order, expect us to confirm a specific date when the tree will be ready, especially during the spring and fall planting seasons.

Delivery

• Pickup directly at the nursery in Mukařov, free of charge, by appointment
• Courier service for smaller container plants and shrubs, 1 to 3 business days
• We cover delivery on orders above 2,000 CZK

For larger or multiple fruit trees, we always recommend pickup in person, so the crown and the root ball do not get damaged in transit.

Payment

• Card online at checkout
• Bank transfer, we prepare the tree once payment clears
• Cash on pickup at the nursery

Complaints and returns

Living plants follow slightly different rules than regular goods. If a tree does not grow in the first weeks after planting despite good care, contact us with a description of how you planted and watered it, we handle every situation individually. For damage in transit, just send a photo right after you receive it and we will sort it out immediately.
